Latin content, which is so-called Lorem Ipsum, is commonly used as content placeholder, especially web graphic designs. As a web developer, I also use Latin content very often when generating some placeholder pages.
If you search for 'Latin Content', 'dummy text', 'dummy content', or similar similar words, probably the first found site is lipsum.com. You could generate different types of dummy text through its generator. You could generate 5 paragraphs meaningless dummy texts by default; you also could have 8 paragraphs and each paragraph contains couples of bullets by setting a number 8 in the text field and selecting the option 'lists'. The tool is handy, but most of time, the default 5 paragraphs work perfectly for me. So what I do is directly going to the page http://lipsum.com/feed/html but not going to the homepage and then clicking on the 'Generate Lorem Ipsum' button of the generator to get the dummy texts. This shortcut won't save you time a lot, maybe just few seconds, but I strongly recommend you to remember the URL: lipsum.com/feed/html.
There are many similar tools available on the Internet. You could find some similar online generators and some add-ons for FireFox browsers. And even more, there are some WordPress plugins for generating such dummy texts; and Drupal's famous module Devel has similar function too. But I still prefer to this site, it's simple and fast!
Another brilliant feature I think of the site is the banners with dummy texts. The dimensions of the banners seem to be matching the ads of Google AdSense, but I haven't confirmed that. Each banner has three versions with different background colors so that you may find proper banner for different needs.
This website is a really great resource about Latin content.
